Dear friends and family,
A few weeks ago, I was asked to keep the audience entertained as the stage was prepared for President Joe Biden’s speech at the UnidosUS annual conference held in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, shortly after my speech, we found out that, yes, he had Covid and would not be attending. It was still fun! Thank you to Janet Murguia and the whole UnidosUS team for always trusting me to share my humor and perspective! I also hosted/co-produced a comedy night! Melissa Villaseñor, Vince Caldera and Justine Marino rocked the Hakkasan Night Club! Melissa spoke about her experience on SNL and then she got 800 Latines to sing along with her impression of Mexicana singer Ana Gabriel! The audience wouldn't let her get off stage screaming, "Otra! Otra!" It was truly a special night.
