BIOS
Joe Hernandez-Kolski & Joshua Silverstein (Writer/Performers) met while performing in the spoken word poetry scene several years ago. They collaborated on one poem and now they’ve created several shows together. Their unique blend of comedy, spoken word poetry, rap and revealing storytelling attracts fans from all backgrounds. Not only is Joshua Silverstein an accomplished actor but he’s also a professional beatboxer who has performed all over the world. He is currently the resident beatboxer on TBS’ “Drop The Mic” with Method Man. Joe Hernandez-Kolski is an Emmy award-winner and two-time HBO Def Poet who can be seen in the Netflix reboot “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.”
Armand Vasquez (Director) is an actor and an activist. Born in Los Angeles, he grew up in Belleville, IL. A graduate of the Theatre Department at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Armand can be seen in episodes of Gilmore Girls on Netflix, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Masters of Sex, and the independent film, The Stanford Prison Experiment. He also can be seen in numerous national commercials and is a member of the Commercial Performers Committee and the National Commercial Negotiating Committee for SAG-AFTRA.
